LEB128 (Little Endian Base 128) is a variable-length integer compression format used across WebAssembly, DWARF, and DEX files. It breaks arbitrary integers into 7-bit groups and uses the most significant bit (MSB) as a continuation flag, allowing small numbers to occupy as little as a single byte.
